Good service. We have had to call one time for a fill-up. All other times they were, I guess, just checking up on us, and topped us off while they were here. Only issue, and it is minor, is our tank is an old tank from another company that Thompson bought out, and it could use a scrape down and a paint job. Their online system is user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend Thompson Gas to anyone looking for a residential gas service.

Very fast service and the technician was very polite. The monitoring device allows me to see the percentages and Thompson Gas automatically comes out when it is low to refill it. I am thankful that the technician didn't drive their truck into my yard; I've heard that some companies on other areas do that. Great job Thompson Gas!
