Just how smart it is to put metered propane into action many family can't afford the 7 to 800 at a time to get gas this will make it more reasonable for many I know we have done with out gass all summer because of the price so hopefully this will be a great suloton

When I checked to see if we needed gas, there was a very faint odor of gas. I told the lady who had called me to inform me that was remaining pre-paid gas available. Within seconds, she started the protocol of reporting, giving me instructions, asking questions to determine the extent of what I was smelling. She immediately sent a serviceman to the house. He was there within an hour to check out all of the fixtures on the tank. Sure enough, I had a malfunctioning gauge and he replaced it. He then did a very extensive check on everything on the tank. He discovered another area letting gas escape. He fixed that as well. The odor that I had reported was so faint that I could only smell it at times, but Thompson Gas made it a priority! So thankful to them as I probably would have lost more gas over the course of time. they were so friendly and helpful.
