I was ready to switch propane companies because of high prices & no promotional offers, however a phone call I was told that I just missed the fall promo. I explained that I never received an offer about it thru email or mail. Sandy told me that she would inquire on my behalf & get back with me. In 5 min or so she called me back & told me they would still honor the promo for me.
