This time, i did it all on the website. It is easy to do, and service was done within a week. Easy and straightforward. It would be better if i could get a tank fill to the day they show up, instead of paying for a target amount. Since it took a week from order to fill, the tank was only filled to 74%. I have a credit card on file, so that does not seem hard to do. Also, would be great to get a text when the fill is acutely scheduled, so i can make sure their are no cars parked in the way of the truck getting to the tank.

Really like that they let you know when the end of the season is for the pre gas that you have bought up so you can get that last refill in at the lower price level. Again I really like knowing when the pre buy starts but someway last year I didn’t get the message. I had called up there a couple of times to see when it was going to start and both times I was told that I would get something in the mail letting me know. Did not happen in the mail or on my phone. When I called back they told me the pre buy was over with. I told them about everything that had happened and they honored what they had told me. They are a great bunch of folks to do business with. Been with them for several years. Have always had great service. Would recommend to anyone and we do.
