I appreciated the initial visit to my home to talk about what I needed and where to locate the tank. I got to meet the employees who were very polite and professional. My experience with another company was quite different. They did the interview over the phone. I asked, "Are you coming to take a look?" No. An email was sent with a contract for me to sign. I didn't sign it.
It has been so nice having the remotely read monitor on our tank. It takes the stress out of trying to remember to check it ourselves then coordinate a time when you can get out to fill it. We appreciate the service you give to monitor the tank and promptly refill it when it gets to a certain level. Just one less thing to worry about!!

Once you get past the corporate blockade, the local shops always give fantastic service. The delivery men, the office staff Everyone is always professional polite and friendly. You just have to get past the corporate call in center that never picks up the phone. This local shop in Aiken kept me well informed about my set up and new tank delivery, got to me sooner than promised and made sure everything was working as it should.
The service technician was fast, friendly and really good at his job! I love the metered tank, this was set up for my elderly mother in law and gives us peace of mind that she won’t run out of gas!
