The technicians that checked my tank and facilitated a swap of the tank were surprisingly prompt. Also, both kept me well informed about what was needed, what they were doing and how to proceed going forward. I also received a prompt phone call about fuel delivery. This is much better service than i have received from Thompson in the past.
