I like the fact that you all offer a wireless notification system that alerts your delivery guys when we are getting low on propane. That gives me a better reassurance that we will not be running out of gas at our facility.

The driver is very friendly and deliveries occur in a timely manner than prevents any interruption in service. They are also understanding about financial issues that may require a broken up payment rather than one lump sum with can be overwhelming for a family on a fixed income. Overall, they are excellent.

I did not like how much of a hassle it was to speak to someone in customer service. Finally selected call back due to long hold times. I never received call back. Delivery driver was nice, and wonderful customer service on his part.
