We come in and pay ahead, instead of paying a mailed bill each month. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. They are so pleasant when we visit your office in Athens, TN, and we appreciate their assistance. Please note that I am still confused about paying taxes to various counties (3 different counties), the ladies confirm that paying to the various counties are required; so if you could reach out to me via text to my phone @ [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED], to explain why, when we live in Monroe County, TN, we are paying county taxes to several other taxes, on our Thompson Gas invoices, I'd really appreciate your help!
