We have been with Thompson for over 5 years and they’ve been timely, professional, responsive except one time when the autofill process encountered a technical glitch and our tank ran nearly dry. Once the matter was brought to their attention the staff at the office worked with us throughout the day to make sure tank was filled at the earliest possible time during winter peak season. I wouldn’t say it was a pleasant experience, but was grateful for the branch office to resolve it instead of leaving us out in the cold during extreme conditions.
