Refills seem to be automatic and sufficiently before running out. Price is the only thing that someone might check before signing on with Thompson Gas. Thompson Gas has been our supplier for 25 years now, don't see any reason to change. My only complaint is the "Administrative fee" charged with the annual contracts (~$50). I pay every bill total within 30 days, and why isn't "Administration" part of the gas price?
