Typically get 3 deliveries a year and never had to call to get them. Have never run out or even been low. Prices are what they are, so no real issues there. I bought the tank from Thompson Gas years ago so I could get propane from others, but have never felt I needed to in the 26 years I have been getting propane from Thompson Gas. I would indeed recommend this company!
