I have my own 500 gallon propane tank and you gave me a price for my 185 gallons of propane half the price of the propane contractor I had been using in Hinton, WV, R. T. Rogers which is unbelievable and your service, scheduling, pricing, customer service and staff were very helpful and honest! What more could your customers want than a reliable and honest propane company. There are 4 Log Cabins in Big Bend Mountain Retreats, a gated Log Cabin Community in Hinton, WV and we all get our propane from your company and we’re all totally satisfied with your outstanding company! Keep up your great work to your community and customers and your company will only grow in size and wealth! I’m a retired 30 year employee of the NJCCC /. New Jersey Casino Control Commission as a Senior Gaming Regulator, Inspector and investigator where my Offices were located on the Casino floor of every Casino, that’s 12 Atlantic City Casino where I had many responsibilities to unfold gaming integrity and trust with the gaming public from Patrons throughout America and the World. Just on of my major responsibilities and my Inspectors and Investigators was to take Patron and employee Complaints, investigate those Complaints by interviewing Casino employees, getting written and signed statements from patrons and casino employees on table games and slot machines, horse racing, keno, casino advertising, bus trips, comps from the 12 Atlantic City Casinos, restaurant service and food quality, went up to the Casinos’ surveillance monitoring room to review surveillance camera coverage, had surveillance tapes held as evidence for criminal and non criminal activity, check gaming equipment per New Jersey Casino Control Act, New Jersey State Regulations as 19:45’s, 19:46’s, 19:47’s, 1950’s Casino Submissions, write violation(s) when appropriate, if any observations or violations are criminal activity to call the NJDGE /. New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement which are the New Jersey Plain Clothes State Police Detectives who investigated all criminal activities as stealing cash from slot machines and table games, marking cards on table games as blackjack, operating slot machines from off site which I personally caught Bally Park Place employees controlling progressive slot machines and Links between Bally’s Park Place and Bally Grand Casinos from one of their employee’s houses which was strictly prohibited by the New Jersey Casino Control Act, taking the Patrons’ Complaints down on the NJCCC’s PATRON COMPLAINT FORM with the Complaint’s version on the 1st page, Patron’s resolution to satisfy their complaint, all casino employees, written and signed statements, the Casino’s Compliance Officer’s written statement of the Casino’s own investigation of whether the Casino should or shouldn’t pay the patron the disputed cash amount, the reporting Inspector’s observations and findings and the Senior Investigator and Inspector’s observations, findings and review of the total Patron Complaint form, attached violations, attached violations and violated sections of NJ State Laws, Casino Control Act, Regulations and Casino Submissions, review all required signatures are on the Patron Complaint Form and then the Patron Complaint Form and all evidence, written and signed statements and violations are forwarded up to the NJCCC’s Legal Division for appropriate action and determination for the Patron’s Complaint! If the reporting NJCCC Inspector /. Investigator and Casino Compliance Officer resolve the Patron’s Complaint to the Patron’s full satisfaction, the Reporting Inspector /. Investigator just files and Incident Report documenting the NJCCC involvement in a Patron Complaint and the Patron’s satisfaction which happened 95% of the time when a NJCCC Investigator and Inspector was involved in handling a Patron Complaint on the Casino floor. You see, I have personally resolved 10’s of thousands of Patron Complaints in every Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey over the 26 1 /2 years I worked for the NJCCC and I definitely know when I see and honest and truthful company that satisfy’s it’s Customers and those companies that don’t! And the two men that's come to my home---one for the safety/leak check and the second for a propane delivery--have been just the same: polite, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I give all the Thompson Gas employees with whom I have interacted a top score of 10.

One employee stands above others for me. That is Theresa Mills accounts payable. She has been such a huge help to me and others that transfered from Craigsville Airgas. I had been with Airgas 23 years. She helped me through the very different way Thompson Gas budget program does our budget. She has helped a low income Social Security lady manage my gas for heat and cooking. The delivery guys have been so nice, respectful every time each delivery. Great company. I just got my 1000 gallon tank refilled
