With the prebuy, propane is delivered pretty much automatically. We don't even need to think about it--and no last-minute panic when we realize that the gas bill is due, The prebuy also helps to maintain a more stable price structure for us, which is helpful for budgeting on a fixed income. And the topping on the cake is definitely the office staff--they are always so friendly and helpful!
