I thought we had a propane leak since my tank was next to empty, The technician explained how when the tank is extremely low, the additive in the bottom comes out with the remaining gas with the smell of propane. He checked for leaks, replaced an old regulator, and two days later, filled the tank. He was very helpful and did a great job!!
