My technician was here previously on a site inspection. I found him both last time and this time very helpful, and informative. He took time to explain what he needed to do and what he was doing. I found this to be a good thing that he didn't think because I was a woman I didn't need to know things. He was helpful in communicating info to my Generac Representative so that we could all be on the same page. Now I just need to have the second tank filled before the generac gets installed!!! Thank you for this opportunity but my experience is only based on the same tech.
