I had propane delivered and had some miscommunication with the local office and originally gave a bad review. I want to thank Carson for calling me and taking time out of his day to not only ask me questions about "the problem" but to also teach me about the safety aspects involved. He resolved the issue quickly and I will definitely promote Thompson gas to my neighbors.
