A carbon monoxide alarm was initiated by our security system while we were away on vacation. Fortunately no one was there. The fire department ressponded to the call and we were also able to reach Thompson Gas via their emergency call system. The technician went above and beyond to asssist the fire department to locate the source and cause of the problem. We have multiple propane gas systems which added even more complexity. We've known our technician (Jason) for a number of years and he stayed involved even after we got home to ensure everything was completely resolved. He also helped us with other partner sesources. The issue has been completely resolved due in large part to the commitment to service that we received from Thompson Gas. Thank you!
