CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thompson Gas has the best customer service ever! From the lady I spoke to in NC, the lady in the Crossville office, the Tennessee regional manager, and Trace the delivery guy all went above and beyond to get a new tank full of propane to me before the arctic cold snap. These people gave me the feeling that they truly cared, and their actions confirmed it. Forty years ago I was the customer service manager for a service company, so I am well aware of what they have to deal with. This company has proven that good customer service is not gone. I can't say enough nice things about the way they handled my issue from the very first phone call. Thank you for caring and making sure I had heat.
