I switched to Thompson gas a few years ago, after the distributor I had been using for several years wouldn’t help me with a minor problem. I stopped in Thompson’s office on Franklin Street and my problem was solved the next day. They are very courteous and polite. Highly recommended.

LITTLE RIVER CA
The fact that Thompson's still gives personal service. We have a rickety gate, and a dirt driveway. We can't have heavy trucks when it rains, it can trap the truck, and ruin our driveway. So, in the wintertime, i call, and ask for specific deliveries when it is clear. They know that we have dogs, so the driver will text me about 30 minutes before arrival......enough time to get the dogs in, and open the gate for the driver. All of this is important to me. The only thing that any company has to sell is price, and customer service. Thompson's nails it on both counts
