We needed an emergency propane delivery, and had the pleasure of speaking with Richard. I really didn't think that kind of customer service existed anymore. He took care of everything in a very thorough, professional and extremely friendly manner. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed. We were able to get a same day delivery which we desperately needed as we had guests arriving the next day. Excellent experience!!
