The service William was amazing. He explained everything, help me decide on a new insert. I wasn’t for sure what would work best and his recommendation was spot on. He and his associate were courteous, friendly, made me want to become part of the Thompson gas family. The receptionist was also very sweet and got me right in for an appointment.

The lady that answers the phone is very personable and helpful. She is thorough with her questions, and makes you feel like a long lost friend. I contacted her and it was only a few days later that the gas was delivered even though I said I wasn't in any hurry to get it. The men who delivered the gas were very professional.
