The delivery person was very friendly when hand delivering our invoice. He alerted us to a small hissing sound, he did a safety check and could not find anything. Set up a maintenance ticket to make sure there was no leak. Very professional!

OK, I dislike this kind of corporate oversight where every service needs some kind of evaluation for every action. It's just plain week. We've been a customer of the people that work doing this job of propane delivery for over 40 years. It has always been a great relationship between hard working people. A relationship that is honest in communication in both directions. What stands out to me is Laytonville Gas's hard working people that still work hard in their service to their customers even in the recent Thompson's takeover.
