While I do appreciate the great customer service when I call in, I am less than pleased with the method of receiving gas refill service. Specifically the fact that the CSRs have no ability to provide comprehensive scheduling information. Sometimes customers need to have at least a "window" of when the truck will arrive. "5 or so days" is NOT a window.
I want to also recognize (I believe his name was) "Jamie Ferral", the delivery technician. VERY polite and efficient worker. And it was nice to meet his ride-along, I believe her name was Christy(?)
Macy was extremely helpful and making things clear about our contract and whether or not we had one also acknowledged all of the past agreements that we’ve had and said that she would be there to help us and we appreciate you also Sandy was helpful too
So far, they can be trusted to be there when needed. Only had one complaint in several years and that was with a service technician. We had the fireplace serviced at the beginning of the cold season then ninety some days later it quite working. I called and they sent a technician; he fixed the issue. I ended getting a bill stating he serviced our fireplace. Cleaning and adjusting our system. I called and asked why I was charged for a service that I had paid for previously. They told me it was past 90 days and that I was responsible for the cost. I paid it but I did not think it was fair.
James is FANTASTIC! Our driver also comes and goes so quietly! You don't generally even know he is there. Except, when you need him, he is always there to answer questions, etc. He is always accessible if not in person, then be cell phone.
The girls in the office are always polite and can get the answer you are looking for.
I love knowing that I receive a personal voice and they are always quick to deliver my propane. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that needed propane.
