Our house was previously used as s rental and dealing with a cold, unhappy client in the middle of winter was not an easy task. The renters were not used to using propane and just ran out. At the time, we didn't know what the problem was, only that the stove didn't work and it was cold in the house. The manager of the the local office drove the 25 miles, inspected the site, realized we were out of gas, ordered the gas to be filled that day. So within 12 hours, the problem was identified, a filling ordered and a warm house was awaiting the renters. What more can I ask?

Everyone at your recent Lower Lake event, (Customer Appreciation Day), were helpful, friendly, and kind. Fuel deliveries are a convenient/pleasant experience, with your drivers being very friendly and helpful. I understand that one of your drivers is retiring at the end of this year.
