KELSEYVILLE CA
We were renting our house for the first year of ownership. The renters were from New York and were accustomed to the continuous supply of natural gas and were quite surprised when the tank ran out. They called us to say that it was cold and the stove did not work. I called your office, the manager came out to check things out, realized the problem and initiated the refill AND restarting of the pilot lights. She didn't have to do that but she did. I will be a customer for life because of her.
