Chris, the Manager, is who stands out. I've had a problem with annually billing for my tanks for a while now. One phone call from Chris and it's been resolved. This is what excellent customer service looks and feels like. I love Thompson's auto fill service for our back up generator. I don't worry about power, because Thompson worries about the LP. Thanks guys, great team!!

Wasn’t able to be home when delivery came, but the driver called me and all went well. Also, when I called to set it up, my call was answered quickly and the girl explained the process and was very friendly. Another girl called the day before the delivery and was very nice.
