I had a positive's experience and I’m very pleased with Thompson gas I’m comparing to what I have experienced with another national company they asked for payment before they do any thing and l got the run around for over a month keep changing the scheduled appointments then I called and cancelled my service and asked for a refund. I called Laura from Thompson gas I explained what I need she said let me check and call you back she did and said we can hook up the line to the generator she scheduled me within a week and got a technician called Miguel came on time and did a professional installation and inspection. Second day got my propane delivered.Thank you Thompson gas . Mike Rifaie
