I was informed by by the company that serviced my whole house generator that I had a gas leak. I immediately called Thompson because they are my provider and left work immediately. When I pulled in my drive way, Thompson gas was already there and had already started to resolve the issue. A+ for response time. I can’t remember the techs name, but fantastic young man. Respectful, informative and about his business. He explained everything he was doing so I understood the issue and the resolution. Oh and I want to also recognize the young lady that answered the phone when I called. She was very polite and reassuring that they were in route to my house easing my worry a little. This is customer service. This is how it is supposed to be. I am beyond pleased that I chose Thompson after getting rid of the first provider I had. I strongly recommend them as the best provider in Port Saint Lucie.
