Visiting Technician was knowledgeable, informative and very friendly! Great guy! It’s rare to find a Technician who’s an expert with their equipment with years of hands on experience. Most companies don’t treat their field service workers well enough to retain them and allow them to become familiar with the company’s products. His expertise reflects not only on himself but your company. Good job ThompsonGas on finding this talented person and, most importantly, retaining him.
