A few years ago, Thompson Gas stepped in when our family needed them most. We had a newborn at home, and they made sure we had the heat we needed—not just in our home, but in our hearts too. Their compassion and dedication truly went above and beyond. Thanks to them, we've made it through long, cold winters and those unexpected spring freezes. These are tough times for many, but Thompson Gas continues to show that people matter more than numbers. Their customer service is unmatched, and we're so grateful for the care and support they’ve shown our family.
Dave Oliver was terrific. He explained how to turn the pilot light on or off on my fireplaces. Since I want them off during the next few months, he double checked to make sure they were indeed off. He also showed me how to check how much propane is in the tank. A very nice man!
We have not run out of gas yet. Whenever I've called the office, the service reps are friendly and ready to answer my questions. There was an increase in our monthly bill (auto pay) recently and we were not notified ahead of time. When I called the office to ask if I could pay off a balance and keep my monthly payment, that service rep seemed to have something else on her mind, and not my reason for calling. This was a first, however; thus, the high rating given.
We’ve only lived here a few years and we use Thompson because the previous owners used your company. Since we haven’t used another service we don’t really have a true comparison as to cost.
However, with that in mind, we like Thompson. You are dependable and your customer service is pleasant.
