The Customer Service Rep who answered the phone was extremely polite, efficient and knowledgeable about pricing and availability for delivery. The delivery person followed instructions about calling on his way, extremely polite to my husband and even left me an envelope to pay my bill with. Great service overall!

Thompson Gas regularly comes out to service our tank and fill it with propane when we hit 30%. I never have to call and remind them to come. They are the sweetest people and we will never switch providers!
