Customer service and convenience! Customer service is the best I have seen from any business. Jerry Essick goes out of his way to provide the best possible service. He follows up on service requests, willing to meet after hours, anything for his customers! The remote monitoring and service is amazing. We no longer have to worry about going out in cold and snow to check the tank and make sure we don't run out of propane. Billing is also much easier with only paying for the propane we use, and not having to pay to fill up a large tank at once. And with all of these perks, the price per gallon is still less than we were paying before!
