I really appreciate that you give us a call the day before service. And the technician that fills our tank is so friendly and a true professional! The other day when he came, I let him know that I still had my pj's on. He said he'd walk down to our mailbox to place the payment slip there. I don't know his name, but I can tell that he is a kind-hearted person-- a little thing to some people, but the little things like showing kindness to others is a wonderful thing!
