Being able to get someone on the phone quickly is, to me, good customer service. Anytime I have called, the people are courteous and helpful. Michael came to the house Weds, and got the gas logs started in a matter of minutes. Also very courteous. And, when I've needed a propane fill up, they are there within a few days. Thanks so much!!

Respecting customer delivery instructions and reasonable rates. Our house is a gated property with loose dogs. We NEED to be home for deliveries. We need proper notification of when the delivery will occur and then notification ahead of time so we can get dogs gathered and put inside. ThompsonGas has respected this request so deliveries go smoothly and in a reasonable timeframe.
