I have found the staff to be very kind and helpful, both in the office (Veronica) and in the field (Michael and Brent). They all went out of their way to make sure we got hooked up properly and helped in every way we needed. I know they're a national company, but it has a very local feel which is rather surprising! They also had a great introductory rate which was awesome.
