I will continue to do business with you but I think your technicians should be a little more knowledgeable on water heaters. I have an American standard water heater and your technician could not get the piolet lite to stay lit. He said I had to get a plumber. I got the plumber and he had to reset the reset button on the water heater and all was ok! took him about 5 minutes. However I was charged $150.00 and your people should know where the reset buttons are on these heaters other than that I like your company. [NAME REMOVED] [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED]

We are very happy with the way we are treated and served.....phone experience has always been exceptional....the driver to our places has always been very considerate of the property and pleasant with us any time we come in contact during a time he is filling tanks. Only thing we don't know is cost comparisons.....we are all as a family served on the various properties by your service - all being right together on properties.
