Chuck & Don’s carries the puppy food that I need and that’s hard to find. I appreciate that I was able to find it here, and so close to home. I was able to place my order online and pick up in store, making my purchase very convenient. The store is very clean, has the best gourmet pet treats I’ve ever seen, and a great and unique selection of merchandise. The store associate was very helpful and friendly, good customer service is hard to find anymore. I also like that there’s a customer rewards/loyalty program. I’m excited to have found this gem of a pet store for my fur babies!

Your products are exactly what I need for my dog and I can find healthy treats and treats and toys to keep him busy. I especially love your staff because they are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. I also appreciate being able to bring my dog inside.

Wide choice of pet products. Always greeted when I walk in the door and employees ask if they can help me find anything. Checked out in timely manner and sent off with a "have a nice day".

Everyone every time I go in are super pleasant and very helpful! I’m there like once a week- so I appreciate them still helping me. Today they even offered to call Kim to see if she had any recommendations for me. Way above and beyond! Have been shopping here since you opened the store on 136th and Colorado for my dogs, my grand dogs and my in-laws dog! :)
