All the employees at most of the stores I’ve visited are wonderful, ecs at the Thornton location. I do think the store is a bit pricey but they do have rewards programs and offers which I love and they carry my dogs raw food brand in store. Overall, my experience has been positive with Chuck & Dons!

Every time I go into Chuck & Don's I'm greeted with a smile. The staff goes way beyond to help. I always have questions and they are there to help. They look up ingredients and take the time to reassure me I'm doing the right thing for my dog.

We generally bring Arlo with us when we need any food for him, but this time we had several stops to make, so we left him home. To our surprise, the attendant asked where Arlo was. We only come in about every 3 months to purchase more food, and she asked for him by name. It is that type of care that keeps coming back.
