The store manager always has her business put together well and treat customers with respect and asks her employees to treat customers with respect. This manager her business, her people and herself. However, The Candelas store manager can’t teach the snot nosed little brats that work there that customers are important.

Sky was absolutely amazing ! She had the best customer service , welcomed me asked if I had any questions . As I walked around the store looking for my French bulldog best food for skin allergies . I found my self needing assistance and asked Sky . She was very knowledgeable , explained her professional option ! She also took her time and I never felt rushed or that I was annoying her. unfortunately in this world we have lost good customer service , kindness and willing to help in most stores ! Sky and the other employee that was there that day are amazing customer service demonstrates what it means to be a gold 5 star employees !

The two young ladies at the 136th and Colorado store are always super helpful and friendly whenever I’m in with my dog, providing recommendations and pointing out the newest arrivals they think would be good for my dog. Appreciate them always being helpful when I’m in!

The selection for cats has increased over the past couple of years which is great. The employees are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. In addition, they're always very welcoming and friendly. This is one of the reasons I enjoy shopping at this store and at this location.
