I work out (full body) three days a week, and have been doing so since you opened. Overall, It's a great experience. However, the locker room has deteriorated immensely over the years. I also have a problem with people getting on the work out machines and reading/using their phones for so much time, instead of working out.
I regularly attend bodypump classes, and enjoy them and get great results with them. At nearly 46 years old, with 3 to 4 classes a week and a vegan diet, my blood pressure without meds was 85/68 at my last appointment. I am not surprised to see these classes fill up. I would love to see a weekly stretching or core class right after the bodypump, though, for like thirty minutes as the cooldown in that class is very tight. I also get annoyed for my friends who have kids in childwatch and tight schedules they have to leave an 11:10 class early to get their kids instead of staying for the whole class, as childwatch ends at noon. I wish accommodations could be made for them by extending childwatch 15 more minutes.
They are varied and instructors are good.
What I don't like is that machines in the gym sometimes don't function properly and it seems to take a long time to repair them.
Also front desk staff seem to be more focused in talking with each other rather than greeting members as they walk in or wishing them well when they leave.
