Todd at Thunder Marine was great communicating with me on my boat servicing. He got it in and out and made sure everything I needed checked out was completed. He makes sure all customer needs are met. Mechanics did a great job doing my service. When I picked up my boat it was very clean. Could not even tell it was worked on. Thank you Todd & Thunder Marine

The sales process and follow through. Dominick handled the sale of the boat to us. There was no hard sale, but he kept us informed. And most importantly, he did everything he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it. We had been looking at a similar Monterey boat at a different dealership in Bradenton. The difference between Thunder Marine and the other dealership was stark. I highly recommend Thunder Marine to anyone in the market to buy a boat.

Only a few months after the port engine trim motor went out and was replaced the starboard engine trim failed so I called Thunder Marine service and scheduled it's replacement under the Yamaha YES warranty and they were able to schedule and send the Mobile crew over to our marina in Tarpon within a week.
Glad they already had a trim motor in stock, as they had ordered some ahead of time knowing they can be hard to get from time to time - smart.
Tech's Denver and his coworker Taylor showed up on time and had the trim motor swapped out, adjusted, tested and computer downloaded by noon time which was greatly appreciated -
I totally recommend Thunder Marine ! They are real boat people that understand customer needs and from the sales to the service dept they deliver to keep the fun in boating for their customers - their mobile service is very much appreciated by us due to the boat operating time and fuel it saves us vs taking the boat down to them. It's a Win Win !

We worked with Ian and he has been fantastic! He made everything simple and answered 100 questions that we had. He had patience as my wife and I analyzed specific options to help us make our best decisions.
