We worked with Ian and he has been fantastic! He made everything simple and answered 100 questions that we had. Everything went great from Todd in scheduling to the availability of the tilt motor part, Tech Denver showed up on time and did a great job, showing care with the work on the port Yamaha 250 and even taking his shoes off while getting into our boat - he showed me how the engine computer download works, reviewed the results and sent me a copy for my records, which was greatly appreciated. The Yamaha extended warranty paid for everything except for the mobile visit but that cost was less than the 3 hours out and back running the boat over to Thunder Service for a relatively easy job, and the hassle of them having to pull the boat so it could be worked on in their shop ( Boat lives up on a rack at my marina, they just pull it down and put the boat on a work rack, so pretty easy ) The final mobile visit cost was as predicted and I'm a happy customer -
