Everything went great from Todd in scheduling to the availability of the tilt motor part, Tech Denver showed up on time and did a great job, showing care with the work on the port Yamaha 250 and even taking his shoes off while getting into our boat - he showed me how the engine computer download works, reviewed the results and sent me a copy for my records, which was greatly appreciated. The Yamaha extended warranty paid for everything except for the mobile visit but that cost was less than the 3 hours out and back running the boat over to Thunder Service for a relatively easy job, and the hassle of them having to pull the boat so it could be worked on in their shop ( Boat lives up on a rack at my marina, they just pull it down and put the boat on a work rack, so pretty easy ) The final mobile visit cost was as predicted and I'm a happy customer - Thunder Marine is a great group of true boat people, and they are very highly recommended !
