The customer service we experienced at Titan Propane was fantastic. I was living in Germany at the time our account was set up and Becky was extremely professional and helpful. She is an excellent communicator and kept me aware of every step taken so I was not nervous. She was was through, efficient, and kind. I would tell any new Titan customers to ask for Becky. She was happy to walk me through the account set up process, answer all of my questions, and put my mind at ease. I am happy to be doing business with this company.
