A difficult, yet fun workout. Title boxing allen Texas workouts are harder, for lack of a better term, than any other title gym I’ve been to in several states. When working out at other title gyms people seem to recognize how strong I am with the workout and I’m usually engaged by others and tell others about the higher level of difficulty of title Allen workouts.
The trainers and the staff @ Title Boxing 🥊 in Allen create an atmosphere of love and support. I have Parkinson’s Disease and Title in Allen offers a class just for us that provides us with the tools that can help us live a better life. Title recognizes the fact that we have special needs and have reached out to help this community!
Gabby is a great coach, she has helped me slow the progression of my Parkinsons.
Gabby's classes are designed to help with stretches and gym exercises, along with boxing.
Gabby really cares about her students, and her classes are fun!
I have been a member since 2013. Originally at Title Boxing Rowlett, Texas. Now at Title Boxing Allen, Texas since 2016. I like the 1 hour class with emphasis on warm up exercises, boxing techinque and core work. The trainers are always friendly, energetic and motivating. Especially Brandon Briones. Whom I have worked with for 8+ years now!
I love this gym. In the future I would love to see the fun boxing events come back such as glow boxing- and themed boxing. Earlier morning classes would be great too. All the trainers and managers are great!
y’all are awesome, I love Gabriela, I’m part of the Parkinson’s group. She does an excellent job and I love attending her classes and I already share this with every one I meet
The coach is always readily available when needed. She is very patient and gives you alternate moves just in case I find it difficult to tackle a certain move.
