I really enjoyed my experience at the boxing studio. The team was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in, they helped me get my gloves set up, showed me around the space, and took the time to demonstrate everything so I knew exactly what to do. They made the whole class feel fun and not intimidating at all. I felt really comfortable the entire time, even as a beginner, and that made a huge difference in how much I enjoyed it.

First class was great! Full Body workout, cardio, core, etc. Felt great to go 8 rounds on a heavy bag too. You can go as hard as you like or take it a little easier when necessary. Looking forward to more.

Nurturing environment. Great classes, wonderful instructors. It's a whole new take on working out because the boxing classes are fun!! Strongly recommend if you want a terrific workout and a great place to strengthen, tone and improve cardio.

Title is an amazing boxing club. Everything about is great from the staff, environments, and their workouts. I remembered when I first joined I thought it was going to be straight boxing. Nope! Title offers way more than you could imagine. I love how they incorporate cardio, boxing and core all in one class. Im so grateful to be apart of Title. They never disappoint me. All the classes are amazing but I would highly recommend taking Franchesca class on Sunday. Shes so creative, fun and motivating.
