What don't I like?! Love the high energy, the encouraging atmosphere, the coaches willingness to help you with technique, and the overall community it creates! The music is loud and pumping, totally energizing the class. By the time you leave, you are sweaty, tired and feel amazing! I would, and have, recommended Title Boxing of Aurora to everyone I meet. I love that you can try a class for free to see if it is a fit for you. I am definitely NOT a zen yoga person so boxing/kickboxing is totally my yoga. I can't wait for tonight's class. GET SOME!!!
Instructors are motivational without the sleeziness of gym rats of decades oast gyms. Majority of us are not former boxers and we are of all ages and shapes. Can't get injured really as your body can only do what it can do at the time. Constant movement packed into an hour. Strength training without boring lifting weights! So needed this! I've always hated gyms, but live mtn biking, swimming, outdoor activities. This is the best strength training out there.
I like that it is non-judgemental! The instructors are fun and engage everyone to try harder in a good positive way. I have already recommended this to many of my co-workers!
I love that it's hard, but FUN! The trainers are awesome and engage with every person in class, as well as motivate each person. Personally, I like the quick pace, intensity, and instruction. I know that the next round is in 3 minutes and that I can do anything for 3 minutes! When you take a class it is a FULL 60 minute workout, which maximizes my time, as a full time working mom. I had never worked out before joining Title, and now, every time I go, I can tell I am stronger, faster, better than the previous time. I love Title because you get out what you put in. The trainers will push me outside of my comfort level, however never beyond my ability. For me, Title is fun, energetic and inspiring and that's why I keep coming back.
I always know I am going to get a great work out!! It is not always easy but I never feel preasured to do what I am not able to do. The instructors always have a alternative work out if I can’t do parts of the work out! The work out tones and works all parts of your body!!
