Love the classes, Coach Kerry and Coach Diego are the best. The classes with those two always go by super quickly bc they are so great.
I always recommend Title Boxing to my friends
Amazing workouts!
2 suggestions: keep the music at a level where we can hear the instructor. Sometimes it’s too loud. And start the classes on time. Even 5 minutes past start time can be problematic if people need to get to work, school, daycare.
I like everything! The management, coaches, Friends! Nice place for stress outlet! Health benefits! I highly recommend coach Travis sessions! And coach Aaron as well! I tried one session with coach Kara Smith! She was amazing! Actually, all of TBC Assembly Row are special for me they are all perfect!
If you haven’t tried boxing yet don’t wait any longer! I’ve tried various other workouts, and boxing is by far my favorite. You are not only getting a full body workout you are getting a stress reliver. A good class always seems to help when I have a lot on my mind and need to unwind a good. The box-lift class is my favorite you get a little bit of boxing and instructed lifting; I would have no idea what to do with weights on my own. At first, I was a little nervous about trying it, but it quickly became the class that I look forward to the most.
Worried about not knowing what to do or being able to keep up don’t be! There are people at all different fitness levels, you work your way up to where you want to be at your own pace. The TITLE team and all the trainers motivate you; they give you that extra push when you feel like giving up.
Even on my day off I find myself getting out of bed early just to squeeze in a class before I start my day.
Title Boxing has truly been a life-changing experience for me. As someone with dyslexia, I was always intimidated by the idea of taking a boxing class, worried that I'd slow everyone down while I tried to distinguish between right and left. But from the very first class, I felt like I wasn’t just joining a workout — I was becoming part of a supportive, inclusive community.
The environment at Title Boxing is incredible. It’s not just about physical fitness, but also about emotional and mental well-being. The coaches and staff genuinely care about their clients. For the first month, the front desk staff wrapped my hands for me before each class, encouraging me to learn at my own pace. That simple act made me feel so supported and reminded me that it’s okay to grow and improve over time.
The classes are a wonderful mix of people — all ages, genders, and backgrounds, from beginners to experienced athletes. What stands out is how the coaches work with everyone individually, regardless of experience level. I’ve received small, meaningful corrections that have already made me feel like a better athlete. It’s not just about boxing technique; it’s about personal growth in a safe and empowering space.
If you’re looking for a place that challenges you physically while creating a strong sense of belonging and support, Title Boxing is the place to go.
Staff are welcoming, engaged and most have great energy. Workouts are energetic, but I am concerned that recent changes to standardize classes is detracting from trainers' ability to tailor classes to the participants (e.g., a class that includes multiple first shots should be different from a class that includes mostly experienced members). Standardization may also detract from the individual character that each trainer brings to the experience, negatively impacting both trainers and Title members.
I’ve always wanted to try boxing and finally decided to just go for it! I could not have had a better experience. I was welcomed by Marie & made to feel comfortable right away! I tried my first class with Aaron and it was amazing!! It was such a great workout and I felt so pumped up and excited. I signed up for a membership and cannot wait to keep fighting and getting better!
I like the energy, routine, and intensity. I have always been an athlete but never done boxing - and doing it for the first time - I really love it because it challenges me to push myself and love pushing myself to the next level.
