Everyone was so helpful! From showing me the basics, to wrapping my hands, helping me book through texts due to login issues, plus the actual classes, everything has been wonderful! I wish Sarah taught different days too since I work Saturdays, and I love her class! Boxing is so fun and a great workout! P.S Tell Forest the dog I said hi!

My first interaction was over the phone, and that alone made me want to give it a try. Once I walked in, the staff gave me their full attention. They explained what the class would entail, gave me a tour of the facility, and walked me through all the steps I needed to know before getting started. During the class, it was extremely interactive. The instructor sparred with me and others one-on-one to really show us what we were missing, which kept us engaged and encouraged throughout. I’ve only been to two classes so far, but I already feel like I’ve found something I enjoy more than going to the gym.

Title in Assembly Row has all around an amazing set of coaches. The coaches are always welcoming and supportive they always give you that extra push of motivation when needed. Even on the coldest darkest mornings I look forward to getting out of bed and heading to a class, knowing I will be greeted with a smile and given the tools I need for the best workout.
