It is intense but you get breaks in between and the trainers always try something new so you are not stuck doing the same routine. I also like it because it goes by so fast and you're having fun while you're working out.
I like the workouts when the instructors show you the steps multiple times. DQ is great! There are some female instructors that don’t workout hard with the class, they only show you the move two times, and this can be demotivating. I’m sure the class size would tell you which one I’m referring to.
