I tried a free class with Tommy and loved the format, the energy and the physical and mental challenge! After the class I had the chance to chat with a few coaches who were working out at the club themselves . Everybody was incredibly kind and welcoming. The club had a clean yet gritty, little tough-looking vibe - just as a boxing club should! John at the front desk answered all my questions about the membership so after the free trial, I decided to sign up for a regular membership!

TITLE was a game-changer for my fitness and mental health. Every class leaves me sore and invigorated with a huge smile. Boxing is so good for you, it's a blast, and the TITLE instructors and other classmates make it an amazing experience.

A variety of different offerings for health and fitness. Each trainer brings a different energy and focus to classes. Have the option of being both really focused in with a single trainer, whose energy you like, or get a health variety of different foci.
Other than the standard boxing class offerings there is a good variety of exercise equipment available. Trainers are more than happy to help and educate you on a variety of both body weight and weighted exercises to meet your health goals.
I really enjoy the flexibility of both the small group and private sessions. Individual privates are costly, I would take more if they were a little less expensive, but I would also always encourage someone to try them as they really helped with my technique for general classes and are a great workout.
