The entire staff was friendly, patient, and communicative. Heather was awesome to work with booking the social. Taran, Elise, and especially Chelsea were all so gracious and helpful. Title Boxing is the single best workout that you can do in an hour. The entire session is guided. This is a focused hour, there is zero wasted time waiting for machines, or instructions. The coaches motivate you to give your best. Each time you go, you will surprise yourself with how much you enjoy it, and how much more you can do! Do it for yourself!

The workout was completely different from anything else I do. The instructor was highly motivated and energetic! I was sore the next day in many new places. My shoulders actually felt great. The warm up was plenty adequate which is very important to me.

I absolutely love coming to Title Boxing every week! The instructors are incredible and I’ve gain a great community with the other members!
