Title Boxing has helped me take my workouts to the next level. I hate running - I don't love cardio much... But, the first time I did a session I think I burned more than I would typically burn in a few days of cardio. It's legit!

I’ve had the privilege of taking classes with multiple different instructors. Each one brings their own personal flare to the moment the workouts are amazing. I’m literally dripping sweat every time I’m done! The facility is nice. The location is good and the owners are just downright good people.
