This is an amazing place to get a really good cardio workout. I like how all instructors have their own unique style of cardio boxing/kickboxing. All instructors are extremely helpful and make their best attempt to teach you throughout your workout. I definitely feel like I get the best workout when I am training with Title Boxing Club, Carlsbad.

I like that workouts are intense and extreme cardio loaded! One thing I would love to see more is a more stick to time cool down. Also to have trainers not so focused on just a couple of members. Otherwise is a great place to workout!

The workouts are intense and tailored to whatever you're looking for. People who are just looking for a good HIIT workout can come in and get it done no problem, but others like me who want to learn the mechanics of boxing and improve technically are also given the opportunity to ask the trainers specific questions ask for help with certain techniques. The trainers are all very happy to share their knowledge, and seem excited to introduce people to the sport they obviously love.

My son Wyatt age 17 recently signed up for the title boxing club. He loves it, It is a hard core work out. The people that work at the club are amazing . super friendly , helpful , are very attentive to everyone, and I mean very attentive to help you get the most out of your work out. They are so funny and happy , making your day even better. They have alot of equipment to work out,and its super clean environment. I recommend it to everyone to go and try it you will love it. The cardio mainly. And the mix of ways we get it. Have really strengthened my back and shoulders too. Which makes posture better. Technique focus varies by instructor. Some moves/punches r easier but some are tough. Good to always be learning new but slows down my cardio goal for the day if overly complex combos. Like the new guy, Josh, Maz and Chrsitiaan. Hwvr bummed that Allie is gone.. and John.
