TITLE offers well designed classes which include warmup, several rounds on the bag and core work. They are very intense (practically no break) so an excellent choice to improve cardio. I also learned many punching/kicking combos whilst doing them and instructors make sure the technique is right. The gym is clean, the bags are in good condition and there is space to stretch and/or skip after the class. The instructors and staff are all super friendly and helpful. There's also the option to buy some equipment; I highly recommend the wraps, they are the best I have used.
Amazing boxing gym! The coaches are very professional, supportive, and truly great at what they do. The front desk staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The environment is incredible, it really makes you want to sweat, push yourself, and have a great time!
The coaches and manager are very welcoming and incorporate you from your first class. I always feel I can ask questions. I’ve only recently started boxing but I know TITLE Chapel Hill is a community I’m happy to be a part of and grow at.

I started with Title Boxing in Chapel Hill for a brief season in 2[PHONE NUMBER REMOVED], and I've been consistently part of the community since 2023. This gym remains to be a value add to my weekly exercise regimen which is why I haven't left, and I think everyone should consider trying it out. I love the variety of workout styles available through each trainer's unique approach to class, and that the community is truly what you want it be. If you're looking for a place to meet new people, there's plenty of opportunities for that, or if you just want to get your workout in (like me), you can do so and still enjoy the benefits of seeing friendly faces. I was nervous and intimidated when I showed up to my first class but they made me feel very comfortable so I decided to join for kickboxing. I enjoy every class. I am definitely improving every day.
