Anthony and Quin are excellent trainers! They have the best work out and really focus on the whole verse to individuals. The amount of work they put into the workouts and remembering the names of those who are participating is extremely incredible!!!! Keep up the work fellas.... results will be shown very soon due to your help.
The interaction with the instructors is so fun and the workouts are challenging and incredibly effective for weight loss, toning and athletic conditioning. A competitive triathlete and runner, adding Title to my training has improved my performance so much. Plus, I’ve enjoyed getting to know a diverse group of new workout friends!!
Definitely the best workout for me. I feel lighter, stronger, and I have more energy. Each day I attend a class, I feel as though I am getting closer to achieving my weight loss goals and a healthier lifestyle.
What I like the most about Title boxing is how they push me. When I don’t think I could go on that when I get that “you can do it”🤗. All the guys are so very friendly and Mr. Anthony learns everyone’s name. With Title boxing I’m halfway to my goal. Thank you all
It’s a great workout! The trainer for my class is amazing!! He will push you to your limit and beyond what you thought you could do which has lead to amazing results for me. I finally found a workout I truly enjoy and the camaraderie of the members makes the experience even better!
Anthony makes the workout fun and engaging. It is a pleasure having him there. If he wasn’t there I’d probably cancel my membership to be honest. I also enjoy Xerxes and Ques classes. They are very nice and full of energy. All three deliver a awesome hour of fitness!
I’m a retired military veteran and we do some of the hardest training there is , but I have been retired for four years now . I felt I was still in pretty good shape , and also, I played football and basketball back in the day as well. When I took my first class it was challenging , and I knew from taken my first class class I wasn’t in shape like I thought. I attend spin classes twice a week, and lift weights. I will say it’s the best workout anybody can do. The trainers are awesome. They are very concern about the members fitness goals and pushing us to meet them. I enjoy and love my workouts at title boxing.
