I thought the intensity was perfect, the pace was good, and I was just sore enough the next day to know I’d worked, but not sore enough to be hindered from my daily activities. I’ve never boxed before and my upper body and core are especially weak but the class pushed me in a perfect way. I’ve already recommended it to a couple friends
I love that title boxing has the availability for me. Anytime I feel like punching the bag I go at any time that works best for me. Title boxing is very caring for there clients and always provides with support and motivation with boxing. I would describe the staff super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to all of their clients needs. I would highly recommend title boxing you wouldn’t regret it.
Everyone was very nice and welcoming to my intro class. My instructor Aiden was very patient and helpful with learning the basics of boxing. He was very clear and answered all my questions.
The consistency of the workout and skilled and encouraging coaches - and the Club has clearly made an effort to build community through the run club, "Title Techniques" (yoga), and special events!
Title West Loop is great! I really like the Workout Class leaders, the atmosphere, friendly front desk staff, and cleanliness of the gym. 5 stars!
My only feedback would be if they could turn the ceiling fans on more during workout classes. (I think I’ve only seen the fans being used once, in the year that I’ve been a member.) Also, if they could include more posters that show the punch numbers (1-Jab, 2-Cross, etc.) and locate them on the sides of the interior columns located at the center of the gym, rather than only on the exterior walls. (When I first joined, I didn’t know the punch numbers and had to constantly 180 turn from the instructor in the center and then do a 180 to stare at the wall poster to review what 1,2,5,6,4 meant. Just some minor feedback, but overall, great gym!)
