I got my a** kicked at Ben Cheng’s boxing class. It was great. Ben has a great feel for where to put the pressure on your training experience. It’s been far too long since I’ve done any training or conditioning with this kind of cardiovascular intensity in mind, and i was very pleased to have, despite being a bit out of shape, completed the circuit (and leaving wanting more). Already signed up for the next two!
The atmosphere is what I love when they dim the lights down and turn the workout up. Great instruction as well as the freedom to beat the bag as your intensity increases. A tiny treasure in East Nashville.
After 5+ years with y'all (and East being my main location), I can honestly say it's my favorite workout in the city. Kind staff, come-as-you-are expectations, etc. I boxed through one pregnancy and now I'm on my second with y'all! Grateful for the whole team.
I thought Aaron did a terrific job leading the class. Really great energy and he gave me some solid pointers as well. I'll definitely be taking additional classes with him and all your excellent instructors at both East Nash and Church Street. Keep up the great work. I'm a huge fan of you fine folks! Thanks!
It's so much fun, low pressure but still inspirational and there is a nice community of boxing and fitness enthusiasts. Also for a full time musician like me who keeps unconventional hours and has ADHD amongst other strange things, this is a really good way to keep myself accountable when it comes to exercise.
I've been with Title almost 5 year and can't say enough good about it! The trainers, the variety of classes, the overall experience.... it's just what you need to keep your workouts challenging.
