Title boxing is hands down the best overall workout! It not only works your body but also your mind! You have to execute the combinations in a way that the coach tells you. You may be punching quickly or powerful. You need to remember which number corresponds to what punch and this can be up to 15 punches! It’s sooooo much fun and the most insane cardio workout. Great classes. Awesome trainers! I just wish there are earlier classes on weekends… I’m sure ppl want to get the workout done and start the weekend earlier..!

I joined the boxing club so I could get stronger and in shape and its been really helping me on my goals. They are very beginner friendly and the coaches have great energy that motivates you to keep going.
I have been going to Title now for over 3 years. The workouts do not get boring. I have more energy and strength than I have before from other workouts. The Box and Lift classes are great and add another level of fitness to the boxing. All the coaches are motivating and show you how to do the punches and exercises the correct way. The stress release is also better than I have ever had from other forms of working out.
It’s a great workout and you learn punch combinations, work on your form, and build core strength. I get bored often working out at the gym, but this is excellent.
This was my first time trying a boxing workout. It was incredible. Plus, challenging and impactful. I’m definitely going to built this into my fitness routine.
