It started with a simple internet search: "boxing classes near me" I had done some boxing workouts in the past and loved it but had been out of practice and out of shape. Now boxing is the thing I look forward to every Saturday!!
The coaches are the best. They want you to succeed and have a good experience. They work with whatever level you're at while also challenging you to push yourself.
What I liked about the club is that there is a very good trainer and also the employee who received me was wonderful and accommodating with the clients and that there are trainers who follow up on the players and tell them about their mistakes. It is very easy for me to get a punching bag, a rope and weights and bring them home and they are cheap but it is difficult for me to get a trainer. We must focus on the trainers. I went to clubs in Chicago where you pay money and you go in and play on the bag by yourself and there is no one to tell you this is right and this is wrong and this is what made me leave it.
The instructors are excellent. They bring enthusiasm and expertise with them every day. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere la upbeat and the gym is clean.
Title Boxing is a great workout! It’s a whole body experience that’s intense and fun. It leaves me coated with sweat and happy no matter how I feel when I come to work out. Take it out on the bag!
I'm very happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone and become a member at Title Boxing Gym. As a time-strapped professional and co-parenting dad, I appreciate that you're checking several boxes in one workout: skill-building, stress relief, and total-body conditioning.
I often wear a heart-rate monitor to class and, as a 200-pound man, I typically burn over 500 calories per session. On top of that, you're learning real technique and building confidence in self-defense. It’s a great outlet for the everyday stress that builds up from life in general. I find the physical feedback from hitting the heavy bag to be far more satisfying than shadow boxing. Since starting, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my cardio, running times, and overall body composition.
The workouts are intense but scalable to your own pace and intensity. Many of the instructors have competitive backgrounds in boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, and it shows in the quality of their coaching. The playlists are always great, and their flexible class packages make it easy to stay consistent, even with a demanding schedule.
As a 40-year-old past-my-prime dad, I appreciate being able to train hard, learn real skills, and feel like a fighter without actually having to get punched in the face. Plus, the gym is parent-friendly, allowing kids to safely spectate while you work out.
I recommend Title Boxing Gym to my friends and couldn’t endorse it more for anyone looking for a fun, effective, and empowering fitness experience.
Great coaching - each coach really makes an effort to learn everyone’s name and it makes it feel like a really personal experience. Also feel like the coaches do a great job of pushing effort without feeling aggressive/demanding
I like that I sign up for a bag before I come so it's not a surprise.
I like the format of the classes.
The coaches and staff are so friendly!
I like that you are encouraged to work at your own level.
