The instructors are excellent. They bring enthusiasm and expertise with them every day. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere la upbeat and the gym is clean.
Title Boxing is a great workout! It’s a whole body experience that’s intense and fun. It leaves me coated with sweat and happy no matter how I feel when I come to work out. Take it out on the bag!
I'm very happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone and become a member at Title Boxing Gym. As a time-strapped professional and co-parenting dad, I appreciate that you're checking several boxes in one workout: skill-building, stress relief, and total-body conditioning.
I often wear a heart-rate monitor to class and, as a 200-pound man, I typically burn over 500 calories per session. On top of that, you're learning real technique and building confidence in self-defense. It’s a great outlet for the everyday stress that builds up from life in general. I find the physical feedback from hitting the heavy bag to be far more satisfying than shadow boxing. Since starting, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my cardio, running times, and overall body composition.
The workouts are intense but scalable to your own pace and intensity. Many of the instructors have competitive backgrounds in boxing, Muay Thai, or MMA, and it shows in the quality of their coaching. The playlists are always great, and their flexible class packages make it easy to stay consistent, even with a demanding schedule.
As a 40-year-old past-my-prime dad, I appreciate being able to train hard, learn real skills, and feel like a fighter without actually having to get punched in the face. Plus, the gym is parent-friendly, allowing kids to safely spectate while you work out.
I recommend Title Boxing Gym to my friends and couldn’t endorse it more for anyone looking for a fun, effective, and empowering fitness experience.
Great coaching - each coach really makes an effort to learn everyone’s name and it makes it feel like a really personal experience. Also feel like the coaches do a great job of pushing effort without feeling aggressive/demanding
I like that I sign up for a bag before I come so it's not a surprise.
I like the format of the classes.
The coaches and staff are so friendly!
I like that you are encouraged to work at your own level.
I love the classes and the instructors, it's always such a joy to come to class! I also am really enjoying the bingo event this month! My only feedback is I wish there was more variety when it comes to evening classes. I'd love to try a Box and Lift or even a Kickboxing class on weekday evenings but it's typically just the Boxing 45 class that's available post 5pm. I'd also love to see us switch stances from orthodox to southpaw during classes as well.
Title Boxing Club has been a game-changer for my mental and physical health. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the coaches are professional and genuinely invested in your progress. Classes are energetic, fun, and always keep you on your toes, making it easy to stay motivated.
While the group classes are fantastic for fitness and community, I highly recommend adding personal training if you're serious about learning proper boxing technique. The coaches take the time to understand your strengths and weaknesses, tailoring a plan that helps you improve effectively and safely. The one-on-one attention really elevates the experience and makes learning technique much more personal and impactful.
Whether you're looking to relieve stress, get in shape, or truly learn the sport, Title Boxing Club offers a supportive and engaging environment that I can't recommend enough!
The classes are always engaging and help build upon new techniques! Alyssa, Aja, Jeffrey and Tanner mix up routines and provide great playlists to boost motivation and create an exciting class. Always look forward to the next class!
Friendly welcoming environment for a wide range of ages and ability. Instructors are always positive and encouraging. Workout is intense, and you are encouraged to push yourself, but you can also go at your own pace to make sure you don't over do it.
